It is day three of 15 degrees mornings and my excuses to not run are familiar and consistent.
- I’m not feeling it today
- My feet hurt
- My hurts
- I should take today as a recovery day
- I shouldn’t overdo it
- It’s too cold
- Maybe I should do a mid-day run
- What if I go harder tomorrow instead
- Maybe there isn’t enough time
- Maybe this whole running idea is stupid
